One goal of Pearce Learning Tech is to provide opportunities for students and families to have hands-on experiences with different types of technological tools. This includes, but is not limited to: working with religious institutions, school-based clubs and activities, and neighborhood/community outreach.
Faith
Let us incorporate technology into faith-based lessons to create a unique experience that appeals to both the heart of children and their minds. We use coding through robotics to emphasize the Word and help children as they build their faith. We also offer a seasonal faith-based curriculum that promotes the use of STEAM to lay the foundation of the Christian faith. Our lessons are great for growing the faith of young learners and while remaining true the Word.
Family
How hard is it to get a kid, or even an adult, to put down the screen and communicate? With our family-centered activities, we promote the use of technology in a family-centered way that unites children, parents, and grandparents.
We also host birthday parties.
Community
There are many ways to engage with STEM/STEAM in the community. We would be happy to set something up for your community center, HOA, local library, or any other community-centered establishment.
We offer hands-on experiences to members of our community, ages 3 and up. From circuits and gears to robotics and digital citizenship. We believe that children, both young and seasoned, should have an opportunity to learn about how technology informs and impacts the world around them.
Workshops can cover topics such as:
Family-centered STEM
Making the most of screen time
Video games and Positive Technological Development
Digital Citizenship for all ages
Faith-based lessons and curricula
